Inspired by our travels, Saffron reflects some of our favorite aspects of food, service and atmosphere. Our menu is Mediterranean inspired, using seasonal, local, organic and all natural ingredients whenever possible. From our breads to flatbreads, pastas to cured meats and sausages, anything that can be made in house - will be. The wine list is an eclectic and fun mix of local and Mediterranean wines that are meant to pair well with our bold and full-flavored food.
